La Casa del Vitral is a local business in the Rio Grande Valley, dedicated to the restoration and creation of stained glass.
“La Casa del Vitral” we are dedicated to the manufacture of stained glass windows in all its techniques for 20 years in Mexico, as well as restorations, creation of stained glass windows with grisaille, artistic vitro mosaic, engraving in normal glass and with designs of human figure, ceilings or false ceilings of stained glass with unparalleled colors that only glass can give, both for churches and for residences, hotels and all those who want to have a special and unique touch in a space. In the Texas Valley we already have more than five years carrying out projects with a very satisfactory result for our clients. We have affordable prices, excellent quality, special and cordial treatment to our customers, delivering a result of excellence in our work. Restoration of Stained glass
Stained glass can last for hundreds of years, but suffers from constant exposure to the natural elements. In all of our restoration work, we are committed to excellence and to strengthening the fabric of the artwork for years to come.
Leaded stained glass
Leaded stained glass is put together by running pieces of lead cane between the glass pieces. An experienced stained-glass artist assembles the work one piece at a time and makes sure that the pieces fit together tightly.
Copper foil Stained glass
Copper foil is a technique that was developed by Tiffany Studios that consists of putting together the glass pieces by wrapping their edges with copper foil and then soldering them together.
